Practical Liberty is an open online community 'think tank' searching for practical solutions for issues which threaten American liberty. Members are free to start and participate in discussions ranging from current political issues to ideological and philosophical debates that have been in full swing since the dawn of civilization.

With all the rhetoric and fear mongering used in politics and political discussions today, it has become increasingly difficult to find rational discourse that seeks to illuminate and solve problems in our government that threaten our liberty. Furthermore, news media outlets, which are a primary source of political education for most people, have strayed far beyond the realm of "observe and report" to an opinion-heavy soapbox for slanted misinformation and lengthy, untruthful diatribes.

Our goal is to succeed where our politicians and pundits have failed: To find practical solutions for the preservation of American Liberty.
